1. APPLICATION
The Sales of goods by REEF KINETICS is made upon the conditions below. If anything is inconsistent between the purchase order and the order between the company and the buyer, the former will prevail.

2. PRICE VARIATION
The prices quoted are relative to the quantities ordered. REEF KINETICS reserves the right to change the prices should there be a difference between the customer ordered quantity and the quantity quoted by the company.

3. CURRENCY VARIATION
Where currency exchange rates are précised on the REEF KINETICS’ written quotation the company holds the right to amend the currency exchange rate to match the current date’s rate.

4. DELIVERY
REEF KINETICS will do its best to meet delivery estimates but cannot accept any liability whatsoever for failure to do so. Failure to meet a delivery date shall not prejudice any contracts as regards to other deliveries.

5. DELIVERY CHARGES
A delivery fee will be charged on all orders.

6. PAYMENT
The customer shall pay for each delivery of goods as per the credit amount and credit terms agreed in writing between REEF KINETICS and Customer. If the customer fails to make due payments for one or more part deliveries, REEF KINETICS will be freed from any further obligation incurred by accepting the customer’s order in the first place.

7. BINDING AGREEMENT
A binding agreement/contract shall be deemed to be entered into only when REEF KINETICS has confirmed the customer’s order in writing.
